• Once a student purchases a course, no refunds or credits will be given.

• Student has up to 6 months from date of purchase to complete the course and the final exam, no time extensions will be given .

• Classroom and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred or interchanged.

• Keep a printed copy of the course information pages for your reference.

• If you have any questions about the course prior to enrolling, please call our registration staff at 1-800-940-7277, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

• Students must recognize that distance learning requires a great amount of motivation and dedication. Online learning provides students effective instruction for those who prefer a more independent approach to learning.
